Each of the four double tents is generously sized, en-suite, and furnished in a classic safari style that feels both comfortable and completely at home in the landscape around it.
The bathrooms are well-appointed flushing toilets, hand basin, and an enclosed bucket shower where the hot water is never in short supply. Step out onto your private veranda and let the Mara plains settle into view. Wildlife moves through at all hours here, and your veranda is one of the finest spots in camp to watch it unfold.

The family tent offers two en-suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom at opposite ends of the tent flushing toilets, hand basin, and an enclosed bucket shower with generous hot water. Enough space and separation for everyone to feel at home, without ever feeling far apart.
Both bedrooms are comfortably and stylishly furnished, and the spacious shared veranda, with its side tables and chairs, is where the family naturally gravitates at the end of a long day on the plains.

"Tell me what you eat, I'll tell you who you are", famously said gastronome Anthelme Brillat-Savarin. At Saruni we believe in the importance of good, healthy and tasty meals. Our cuisine has a strong Italian flavour, but we also love to experiment with the great ingredients that are found in Kenya, especially fish and vegetables. We easily accommodate vegetarians and guests who have special requests. Food can be tailored to suit children’s requirements and earlier meal times can be arranged where necessary. Some options include but are not limited to the usual ‘treats’: pizza, plain pasta or pasta with tomato sauce, chicken or burgers with chips etc.
