Olairragai Tented Camp

The camp is an eco friendly camp whereby all the natural plants and trees are untouched and fenced all round with one big gate for entry for security purpose. It can comfortably accommodate 32 pax at one given time and has proper stoned dining hall , kitchen, shared hot and cold water showers and flush toilets. It also has a second small dining hall which is used as multi purpose whereby it can be used as dining or game room and one can play cards, chess etc. There is a huge fire place with 6 benches that can accommodate 24 pax easily followed by additional chairs for the residents of the camp who can enjoy a bonfire which is lighted every night. All the tents are placed under a shade with all natural material being used which is found in the region.

There are plants and variety of flowers planted all over and has a cemented mazeras tiled path way to all the tents whereby it is easy for one to walk to their tents rather than disturbing the plants or walking on the grass etc. From 18.30hrs to 22.30hrs there is a generator which lights the camp so that guests can be free to have long hours for dinner and sit around the bonfire. If some do wish to prolong there stay there are solar lights which are used for certain areas only. This facility also permits guests to recharge the camera batteries, laptops, mobile phones, and other items which they may require during the safaris.
