Selous

Situated in Zimbabwe’s Mashonaland West province, the village of Selous is situated along the main road leading between Harare and Bulawayo. It makes for a great stopover for visitors to refuel before continuing to Lake Manyame Recreational Park, Lake Chivero Recreational Park or one of the safari lodges dotting the area. Visitors can look forward to jumping on a boat tour of the scenic Serui River or exploring the surrounding wilderness featuring untouched African bushveld inhabited by an array of wildlife. Other popular activities include: a close encounter with lions, a thrilling game drive in an open 4x4, horse riding, canoeing, and fishing.
