Beating the other 4 worthy competitors in the top 5 - Sidney, Machu Picchu, Paris and Rio - South Africa''s Mother City was chosen by real travellers as their number 1 place on the planet. This will not surprise South Africans, even those not lucky enough to live in Cape Town are proud of our beautiful city between Table Mountain and the sea.

A couple of friends and I travel down to Cape Town from Jozi every year, I can''t get enough of the place! Last year we stayed in Paarl at the Cascade Manor Hotel and Spa, it was an unbelievable trip, and we are all looking forward to hitting the beaches in Cape Town at the end of the year! Road trip!!!
