Fun for the whole Family, the "World Under Your Feet" is the theme of the 2012 Honeydew A-Maiz-Ing Mazes.
New maize maze opens
The theme this year is ‘The World under your Feet’. The maze is designed to look like a cross-section through a mine, and no, there are no underground tunnels!
The in-field quiz trail contains a general knowledge quiz including:
- Find the animals that live under the ground (no digging involved!)
- Identify the stunning rocks/semi-precious stones found in Africa (there will be some clues)
- Bone-up – are you a budding CSI? Do you know your skeletons?
Put on your walking shoes, wear your hats and sunscreen and come and have a walk! 3.5km of pathways in a living growing maize field. Remember only well behaved people please - anyone caught walking through the mielies will be ejected!
This awesome new maize opens on Saturday 18th February.
