Welcome to Curry's Post
Situated at the heart of the famous Midlands Meander between the towns of Mooi River and Howick, Curry’s Post is a relatively undiscovered town of beautiful landscapes, fantastic fishing opportunities and a flourishing arts and crafts scene. The Natal Midlands village is surrounded by green forests; lush cattle- and vegetable-farms; and enthralling nature reserves such as Umgeni, Karkloof, Midmar and Weenen. Visitors can take part in a variety of watersports at Midmar and Albert Falls Dam, and visit numerous trout and bass fishing farms. The Midland Meander is a route of quaint towns which are all home to a huge number of arts and crafts stalls; more than 100 stops with leather workers, weavers, potters, wood-crafters, artists, metalworkers, and food artisans. History enthusiasts should not miss a trip to the nearby world-renowned KwaZulu-Natal battlefields.
