Located in South Africa’s Limpopo Province, Kololo Game Reserve lies in the heart of the Waterberg Biosphere. This beautiful 3000-hectare reserve is the quintessential safari destination, offering visitors the opportunity to spot an abundance of game in a child-friendly, malaria-free and environment. The Kololo Game Reserve is partially integrated with the neighbouring Welgevonden Reserve, which is home to the world-renowned Big 5, as well as a host of other animals including impala, rooi hartebeest, blue wildebeest, zebra, kudu, eland, waterbuck, nyala, giraffe, blesbuck and bushbuck, also smaller species such as duiker, steenbok, mountain reedbuck, klipspringer and warthog. The landscape is characterised by pristine dense bushveld, open savannah grass plains, rugged mountains and vast valleys. Visitors can look forward to experiencing open 4x4 vehicle game drives through diverse landscapes, guided bush walks to get up close to the African wildlife and a network of scenic mountain biking trails.
