Kayaktive Adventure Safaris

Located in Okavango Delta, Kayaktive Adventure Safaris offers guests a unique kayaking experience, combining kayaking in a pristine wildlife environment with morning and evening game walks accompanied by professional guides. Kayaking is an adventurous way to go on safari and enjoy the wilderness of Botswana. The organized expeditions will take guests paddling through the most pristine and beautiful areas of the Okavango Delta with little impact on the wildlife and environment. The safaris consist of short 2-day/1 night safaris to more extended 10-day Trans-Okavango safaris covering 300km from Sepopa to Maun. Depending on water levels in the Delta, the safaris are accompanied by motorboats or mokoros, which carry the equipment. Guests will kayak on the Wilderness Systems Tsunami 125 single-seat kayaks; these are highly versatile touring kayaks that offer comfort, manoeuvrability, and stability. All food and camping equipment is provided. Accommodation consists of 2x2m dome tents that can sleep two people comfortably. Additional amenities include a satellite phone and a First Aid kit.
