Spookhuis Restaurant

Mosaic Farm is a Luxury Bush lodge and wildlife conservancy just outside Stanford, and is home to the recently renovated restaurant, “1892 Stanford Spookhuis”, by Architect Greg Goddard. The restaurant is an old Georgian Manor House made of limestone. With this unique style restaurant comes their new resident chef extraordinaire Craig Andersson who keeps visitors coming back with his culinary passion and flair. He particularly loves to use all the freshness from his organic garden, from which he derives his set menu that changes on a daily basis. The Spookhuis overlooks some of the most beautiful Milkwood trees, situated on the lagoon, under which one can enjoy a picnic, catered for by Craig.
