Wolfgat is located in Paternoster on South Africa’s West Coast and offers a dining experience centred on indigenous ingredients and the natural flavours of the surrounding coastal landscape. It features a seasonal seven-course tasting menu inspired by Strandveld cuisine, incorporating wild herbs, seaweeds, garden produce and locally sourced ingredients that reflect the region’s changing seasons. Facilities include reservations, intimate dining with seating limited to 20 diners per sitting, outdoor seating, table service, and parking.
