The Pool Room by Chef Gordon Manual uses locally grown produce, from the farm where possible, to offer an authentic farm-to-fork experience. The free-range meats are sourced from Oak Valley, along with fresh vegetables and herbs all served with our wines. Diners overlook a turquoise pool in a lush open garden with views through the oaks onto the Groenlandberg Mountain.
