The Mint

Mint exists in what was once the South African Reserve Bank in the glamorous Taj Hotel and is the hotel’s informal, all-day dining restaurant. Serving innovative international and local cuisine, Mint has three levels, a beautiful open-plan show kitchen, a floor-to-ceiling wine wall, and a glass facade reaching the ceiling and opening onto the buzzing St Georges Mall where outdoor dining is possible under shady trees.
