Embark on a journey of culinary discovery with a unique dining experience in the hotel’s kitchen.

The Chef’s Table is a custom-designed, interactive culinary experience featuring Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel’s finest cuisine and wines.

Take your seat in an alcove of the hotel kitchen, complete with an oversized mirror affording a perfect view of the chefs at work.

Watch the experts as they prepare specific dishes. Take the opportunity to discuss the recipes with them and talk about the inspiration behind each flavour combination.

Menus are designed on the day according to Executive Chef Rudi Liebenberg choice of fresh seasonal and local ingredients.

Lunch: noon – 3pm

Dinner: 6:30pm – till late
