Kalk Bay is home to some of Cape Town’s finest restaurants, most of which are supplied with fresh seafood daily from the local harbour. The Harbour House, at the port, is Kalk Bay’s most exclusive spot for haute cuisine, offering incredible views of the waves, pier and lighthouse. Just below it, Live Bait has a more casual atmosphere. The vibey oceanfront bar at Polana is a must while Olympia Cafe, on the main road, provides the area’s best breakfasts and baking.
