Am Weinberg Restaurant

The history of the house ‘Am Weinberg’, a national monument, goes back a long way. When it was built in 1901, Klein Windhoek Valley was mostly grass and bush with just a few houses and footpaths. But the vineyard was already there: rows and rows of vines covered the slope.

Lovingly restored, the house was opened as the ‘Restaurant Am Weinberg’ in August 2004. Let its magic work on you – the historical atmosphere, the magnificent view, the garden spring’s water in the decanter in front of you – and, of course, the freshly prepared dishes.
