Walvis Bay Yacht Club

Walvis Bay Yacht Club is located in Walvis Bay, Namibia, overlooking the marina and serving as a centre for local and visiting sailors. Visitors can take part in sailing activities, training sessions, regattas, and social gatherings, or simply enjoy time by the water and the coastal surroundings. Established following meetings held in 1960 and formally inaugurated in 1961, the club has a long association with sailing in Namibia. The clubhouse was officially opened in 1964 and continues to welcome members and guests today.
