About Triangle
The little town of Triangle developed around the Triangle Estate, one of the country’s largest irrigation projects, where cotton and sugar cane are cultivated. The initiative brought plantation workers from all over the country to the region, culminating in a melting pot of cultures, religions and ethnicities – a legacy which lives on in Triangle today.
