Devil's Cataract

The majestic Devil's Cataract, standing at an impressive 60 metres in height, is the lowest of the five Falls and is set apart from the rest of the awe-inspiring Victoria Falls by the enchanting Boaruka Island, also known as Cataract Island. Amidst the verdant rainforest's tall trees and lush vegetation, a symphony of vibrant birdlife thrives, including the striking trumpeter hornbill with its distinctive screeching call, the resplendent African paradise flycatcher showcasing its full breeding plumage during the wet season, and the cheerfully harmonious white-browed robin-chat, also known as Heuglin's robin, gracing the surroundings with its melodious presence.
