Sioma Falls

Sioma Falls is a waterfall on the Zambezi River in the Western province of Zambia. The falls form a broad crescent, interrupted by rocky outcrops. The falls height is 10-25 meters, but the width of the falls is impressive due to the utter volume of water that cascades over the staggered, twenty-meter drop. Upstream from the falls, the river is broad and shallow as it flows underneath the rock on either side of the falls. Visitors to the area can enjoy fantastic photo opportunities.
