Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park

Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park is situated on the Zambian side of the Zambezi River and is the ‘sister’ to Zimbabwe’s Victoria Falls National Park. Overlooking the Mosi-oa-Tunya (‘The Smoke That Thunders’, as local people call the falls), it is renowned for its magnificent vistas and diverse wildlife, with a wealth of resident game that includes elephants, buffalos, hippos, crocodiles and more.
