When Ormonde ambitiously undertook to build a new cellar in 2006, it was with the utmost commitment to produce well-crafted wines of superlative quality.

The Cellar compares favourably with the world’s best, being ultra modern with advanced international cellar technology and state of the art equipment it is still combined with traditional techniques like open fermentation – cold soak – and barrel fermentation, these techniques ensure that our quality commitment is guaranteed.
