The Old Synagogue (Paul Kruger Street)

Constructed on Paul Kruger Street at the end of the 19th century, the Old Synagogue was appropriated by the South African government during the apartheid era and used as a Supreme Court dealing with perceived security threats cases related to members of black and communist opposition organisations, including Nelson Mandela and Walter Sisulu.
