Nsele Private Game Reserve

The Waterberg Biosphere, South Africa

About Nsele Private Game Reserve

Nsele Private Game Reserve is an exclusive 4,000-acre estate located within South Africa's breathtaking Waterberg biosphere, a two-and-a-half-hour drive north of Johannesburg. Nsele boasts many of Africa's most iconic species, including giraffe, zebra and hippo. There are no major predators at the reserve, although a very shy leopard is sometimes heard but almost never seen, which makes it safe to explore on foot with experienced guides. At the heart of the Nsele Private Reserve is the comfortable and well-appointed Nsele Lodge, featuring five double rooms three children's bunk rooms, an open-plan living room with a fully stocked bar, a breakfast and dining table, a TV room, a library, an expansive outdoor deck and a heated infinity pool. The lodge offers a well-run kitchen which caters for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, al fresco dining, barbeques and unique cocktails. Guests can enjoy game drives, horseriding through the reserve, guided bushwalks, bike tours, fishing and helicopter tours.
