Baberton Museum

Established in the late 1800s as Barberton's gold prospectors sought new horizons, the Barberton Museum began with donations. Today, it houses historically significant items, expanding to include the Block House, Belhaven House, Stopforth House, and Fernlea Museum. Exhibits cover general Barberton history, mining and geology, and an in-depth exploration of the Swazi’s history. Renowned for its historic black and white photographs, the museum provides a vivid journey through Barberton's heyday and subsequent challenges.
