Estcourt

Gateway to central Drakensberg, Estcourt is a historical town with incredible views. Various memorials in and around Estcourt pay tribute to those who lived, passed through and died on Estcourt soil, such as Piet Retief and his followers, Boer families of the Anglo-Boer War and Winston Churchill. Visitors can enjoy hiking and walking trails, some of which offer great game and bird viewing opportunities.
