Keimoes

This picturesque town is situated about 50km south west of Upington on the Orange River, with practically every inch of it under irrigation. Visitors will enjoy driving to the many vineyards where some of the grapes are pressed for wine while the rest are laid out under the blazing sun to become raisins. The town is known for its delicious cuisine and visitors can indulge in home baked breads, traditional desserts, spit roast and fine local wines as they take in the lush landscapes of Keimoes.
