Established in 2000, Stir Crazy Cooking School is the oldest and most respected short course cooking schools in Cape Town and the only cooking school that offers authentic hands-on short course cooking school in Cape Town. The Stir Crazy Cooking classes have been designed to experience food culture from a different and interesting perspective. Wherever possible, ingredients are sourced fresh from local purveyors. Classes are hands-on with chef demonstrations from time to time. All the cooking features hands-on participation and recipes are carefully selected to optimise the culinary adventure. All the chefs provide insights to the how’s and why’s of different styles of cooking, as well as valuable tips & secrets along the way.
