Fond Ferdinand Nature Reserve

Fond Ferdinand Nature Reserve is located on Praslin Island in the Seychelles archipelago, offering a protected natural setting known for its diverse plant life and endemic species. Visitors can walk through the park, enjoy hiking, climbing and bird watching, and reach a viewpoint that provides clear views over the reserve and nearby St Annes Bay while also finding good opportunities for photography. The reserve includes a visitors’ centre with useful information, and it is recognised for its range of indigenous flora such as sea coconut palms, rare Gastonia, aphloia plants and bwa sagay growing within its landscape in particular habitats.
