About Pelican Point
A long, narrow sandbank that stretches into the sea near Walvis Bay, Pelican Point is known for the colony of seals that resides on and around its tip. The isthmus forms a sheltered bay that offers excellent kayaking and paddling out to the seal colony is a wonderful way to while away a few hours.
