About Remhoogte Pass
Remhoogte Pass is a high mountain pass on the boundary of Hardap and Khomas regions of Namibia. It’s one of the highest roads in the country. The 47.6 km road is unpaved and sandy. It’s called D1261 and is not recommended for people apprehensive about heights. A 4x4 vehicle is preferred. However, the pass is accessible even with small sedan cars.
