Nanatha

Nanatha is a village on the Baixo do Pinda Peninsula in northern Mozambique. Visitors can look forward to azure bays and idyllic sand beaches - which are often virtually deserted except for the odd local fisherman. The cape is surrounded by a marine reserve that supports a dazzling array of life. You can go snorkelling or scuba diving on coral reefs teeming with oceanic species, or in coastal caves featuring underwater pinnacles crafted by the waves over centuries. Between June and November you can also enjoy excellent shore-based whale watching, while a boat cruise will allow you a closer view of these majestic, gentle giants.
