Wild Horizons Concierge Services

Concierge guides/tour director service:
Duration: Half day - 4 hours and a full day - 8 hours
PLEASE NOTE: If a concierge guide is required to do two services / activities with guests, the charge is for a full day (i.e. arrival transfer & sunset cruise they charge for full day). A FULL DAY is usually 8 hours.
1 guide per 20 guests (max)

The concierge travels free of charge on all tours, cruises and transfers. They will accompany the guests to the various activities such as lion encounter, Heli flip, etc. but will not physically partake in the activity – unless the activity is booked and paid for.

The concierge guide will be with the guests at collection from hotel, transfer with them to activity, be with them during intro, safety brief etc. and will wait for them at the activity site until they are completed the activity and will transfer back to town with them.
