SEGWAY TOURS

Glide effortlessly on a Segway along the footpaths between the Zambezi Sun and the Royal Livingstone Hotels. An expert Guide will point out places of interest, birds, trees and the game on the resort.

General Information
• Minimum 1 pax – Maximum 10 pax
• Minimum age is 7. Younger children may be able to ride the Segway at the guide’s discretion at time of booking. There are no child rates.
• The Segway machines are similar to a battery operated scooter which is controlled by the movement of the rider’s weight. As the rider leans forwards the Segway will begin to move forwards, the further forward you lean the faster the Segway will go (cutting off at a limit). Lean back slightly and the Segway moves backwards. To stop, stand up straight.
• General Segway Tour – around the grounds of the hotel lasting 1 hour (including training)
• Multi-terrain Segway Tour – around the grounds of the hotel including going off the main pathways into the bush between the resort and the road lasting 1 ½ hours (including training)
• Sundowner Segway Tour – around the grounds ending up at the Royal Livingstone Sun Deck for Sunset lasting 45 minutes (including training)
• Segway Falls Tour – around the grounds of the hotel and a guided walking tour of the Victoria Falls. NB Segways are left at the hotel whilst touring the Falls. Tour lasts approx. 2 ½ hours including training.
