Umlilo Lodge Turtle Tours

The 4-star Umlilo Lodge is a guest house situated in the small village of St Lucia in KwaZulu Natal and is surrounded by the iSimangaliso Wetlands Park, a World Heritage Site. The lodge, in partnership with a registered tour operator, offers a seasonal turtle tour between November and March each year. Guests are taken into the Maputaland Turtle Sanctuary to view the turtles during the main part of the season. The sanctuary boasts more turtles nests than anywhere else along the South African coastline.
