e-Bike with game in a city

An exhilarating two-and-a-half hour to 3 hour experience riding an e-Bike in a nature reserve with game like giraffe, zebra and ostriches.

Fantastic as a standalone experience, yet is also easily combined with the top sightseeing tours of Pretoria.

The experience is aimed at first-time e-bike riders who are comfortable with the idea of getting back onto a bicycle.

It is a guided tour for people aged between 16 and 70 and the experience starts with e-Bike familiarisation.

Participants meet at the 1000 hectare Groenkloof Nature Reserve in Pretoria, less that a kilometre from the turn-off on the main Johannesburg-Pretoria Highway to the Voortrekker Monument and Freedom Park.

Ride on sand roads (not mountain bike tracks) and do not be surprised to see game like widebeest, ostriches, giraffe, impala, red hartebees, zebra and sable.

Helmets, hairnets and wide-tyre Giant e-Bikes provided with scrumptious treats and a drink at the end.
