Parapax Paragliding

Parapax paragliding offers an exhilarating tandem paragliding flight from Signal hill or Lion's head. It is probably one of the most exciting adventure sports in Cape Town, where passengers can enjoy spectacular panoramas of Table Mountain and the City Bowl. Paragliding is available all year round, seven days a week, and is weather dependent. The team of highly experienced and internationally accredited pilots will meet passengers at the very end of Signal hill drive. Once in the parking area, each passenger will be welcomed by the take-off manager. Here passengers will sign up and be briefed on the launch. Once passengers are securely clipped in, all that's left to do is take a few light steps before flying with an expert pilot right behind. Once in the air, passengers can sit comfortably upright and enjoy a bird's eye view of the city. In optimal weather conditions, passengers may even have the chance to fly the paraglider themselves. Photos and videos are available at an additional cost. The activity includes live commentary from the experienced paragliding pilots and a one-way shared transfer back to the take-off area from the landing.
