Cooking with the local family

Join us for a local cooking experience and learn how to make some of the daily meals enjoyed by people in the township. Our local families/ hosts will give us a background on what we will be cooking on the day, and provide us with cooking ingredients as well as the recipes. On the day you will learn how to make the following meals Umfino Amanqina Umphokoqo Home Made Lamb stew These recipes are passed down to generations and are still enjoyed communally in the typical Xhosa home.
