Cape Xtreme Table Mountain Hiking Skeleton Gorge

Cape Xtreme Table Mountain Platteklip Hike links the eastern side of Table Mountain to the front face. There are amazing views to be seen of the whole peninsula like Table Bay and Cape Flats. Hikers are picked up in the morning by a guide and the hike starts in the beautiful settings of Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens. The hike continues up the densely forested Skeleton Gorge and hikers can stop along the way to admire the views over the peninsula and leafy southern suburbs. This hike includes a small amount of climbing over boulders and climbing up ladders. Hikers can then catch a lift down with the cable car.
