Imbarage Trail

Imbarage Trail is a challenging activity provided daily by One&Only Nyungwe House.

Geared towards more experienced hikers, this challenging trail rewards visitors with the sight of not one, but four, scenic waterfalls and spectacular views across the Bururi valley. Covering approximately 740m of ascent and descent, a variety of bird calls, along with tree frogs, crickets, cicadas and

sometimes monkeys can be heard calling out.

A fully-equipped backpack will be provided, including binoculars, helping to catch every exceptional detail, along with authentic African walking sticks to help visitors master the trail itself.
