About Cyinzobe Trail
Cyinzobe Trail is a three-day hike in Nyungwe National Park, one of the largest and oldest rainforests in Africa, located in southwestern Rwanda. This trail offers a unique opportunity to explore the diverse flora and fauna of the park, including the spectacular Kamiranzovu swamp and its waterfall, which is the largest wetland in the region. Along the way, hikers can enjoy the views of the forest canopy, spot various bird species, and encounter primates such as chimpanzees and monkeys. The trail starts from the Uwinka Visitor Centre and ends at the Gisakura Visitor Centre. Cyinzobe Trail is an exciting adventure for nature lovers and thrill-seekers alike.
