NCCC Cheetah Tracking Safari

Situated on the Solitaire Guest Farm, the Namib Carnivore and Conservation Centre is located 6km away from the small town of Solitaire, in southern Namibia. In partnership with the N/a’an Ku se Foundation and Solitaire Guest Farm Desert Ranch, it is home to a 500-hectare enclosure, used to acclimatise cheetah to the environment in preparation for their release back into the wild. The centre offers guests an opportunity to accompany a wildlife biologist on a cheetah tracking safari within the “soft enclosure”. Visitors can experience a close encounter with the animals and gain insight into the centre’s research methods.
