Heaven Lodge

Situated on over 8 acres of private grounds the lodge caters for backpackers, overlanders, families and business travellers. With a choice of private rooms, communal dorms, a self catering cottage and camping facilities.

The Chimanimani eastern highlands district of Zimbabwe is almost always cool and green – providing a respite from the dry heat of the lowveld. The main attraction is the spectacular mountain hiking - in the National Parks there are beautiful natural pools, waterfalls and streams in which to cool off. The whole area is well forested and home to a wide range of birds, indigenous flora and fauna.

Campers have 8 lush acres, overlooking the mountains to choose from. There is a wood-fired stove and wash-up sink under cover at the front of the lodge, for the convenience of campers. The cottage, dormitory, double rooms and A-frames offer backpackers, and other guests, plenty of affordable alternative accommodation. Rooms are serviced and supplied with clean bed linen. (Please bring your own towels.) Personal laundry service is available on request.
