About Bushbuck River House
Bushbuck River House is a quiet bed-and-breakfast safari lodge on the outskirts of Livingstone, Zambia, only 30 mins from Victoria Falls.
Bordering the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and is the first lodge after the National Park on the road as you head to Botswana. It is also one of the few affordable lodges along the Zambezi river.
We have our own private waterhole where wildlife is free to roam. The perfect place to experience Zambia’s wildlife on your doorstep.
Bushbuck River House is a birdwatcher’s paradise with a lookout/hide by the river. This is a favorite for our guests while they enjoy sundowners overlooking the Zambezi river.

The Farm House
Bushbuck River House is a lovely traditionally-thatched farmhouse with 6 rooms that can sleep up to 16 people. It is ideal for groups, families, and individuals alike.
The spacious patio area looks out onto a floodlit waterhole and is the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining in the evenings.

The Waterback Cottage
Waterbuck Cottage is split across two levels. A great choice for families or anyone wishing to self-cater and be completely independent and private.

Ground Level (Self Catering)
A ground level is a self-contained unit that can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. It is equipped with fans, a bathroom, and its own kitchen.
