Mama Tembo Cheza Guest House

Mama Tembo Cheza is MTT Safaris' bed and breakfast on the company's five-acre wooded plot in a rural area of Lusaka, Zambia. A 35-minute drive from the airport depending on traffic, MT Cheza is a uniquely furnished and completely private one-bedroom cottage with a fully equipped kitchen surrounded by its own fenced gardens. KuCheza is a Kiswahili verb which means "to play." The meaning of "Cheza" in Zambia is more closely associated with relaxing, an apt description of the opportunity to unwind that MT Cheza provides. In August 2023, MTT Safaris' opens Cheza 02, a two- bedroom cottage, which, when combined with Cheza 01 is perfect for families and discreet groups of six people. Cheza 02 will offer the same personalised services for which Cheza 02 is known: vehicles on site for 24/7 airport transfers and early morning road safari departures; full and half day Lusaka tours; complimentary breakfast and catered healthy homecooked meals on request; and invitations to join the owners at the firepit and discuss the diverse and wonderful African continent.
