About Wide Horizons Retreat
THANK YOU for your interest in Wide Horizons Mountain Retreat! We are nestled in the majestic Makungustsha Mountains in the heart of the Kingdom of Eswatini (formerly known as Swaziland).
This is a “get away from it all” location, on top of the world in a remote area of the Kingdom. Complete with wildlife in our conservation area, well-stocked dams for fishing, surrounded by glorious indigenous forests full of birdsong, with meandering trails following cascading streams to soothe your soul and get back to nature. Not to mention amazing views of the valley everywhere you look!

Ligwalagwala
Superior en suite one-bedroom studio with open plan lounge and veranda with sweeping views and braai area. Queen size bed and a single sleeper couch. There is an open sided outdoor kitchen with planted roof, outdoor hot shower with bath and flush toilet.
Aloe Camp
Nick named the “Romantic Camp”, this stylish cottage is perfect for a couple. In the 'bush' experience, secluded and private with sweeping scenic views. En-suite bathroom and outside shower. Fully equipped kitchen and braai area.
Impala Cottage
The Adventure Cottage is a dormitory cottage with one ensuite bedroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen and sitting area. There are shared toilets and bathrooms outside the cottage.
Campsite
the campsite is an outdoor with shared bathroom and toilet, please bring your own tent for the campsite
