Heuglins Lodge

"Dear Portfolio team Thank you for asking. We had a great stay there. The chalet was private and we were undisturbed. The room and bathroom, linen and toweling were clean. There was a daily housekeeper but we did not see her/him. The patio was also perfect and sheltered from the rain. However, when we arrived there I desperately wanted a cup of coffee and could not understand why there was not a kettle or mugs etc. The young man who stood in for the owners allowed me made a cup of coffee at the main house which I took to the chalet. Only later after being curious did we discover that everything self-catering was in a double door cupboard, coffee and milk included. All in all it was a lovely stay in a clean and neat chalet in beautiful and quiet surrounds. We met Brian and he was friendly. I took an extra portfolio booklet from the room and I will definitely first look at booking from you before anywhere else. Thank you for your help with a lovely getaway."
