Villa Le Roc is a luxury self-catering Guesthouse in Kleinmond, just over an hour's drive from Cape Town International airport, on the Garden route (Whale route), and 20 minutes from Hermanus. Interesting neighbouring towns are Betty Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi-els.
Two self-catering units (Villa See & Villa Berg) each comprising of a fully fitted kitchen, lounge with TV, private braai area, the main bedroom en-suite with double bed, a bathroom with a toilet and a a second bedroom with two single beds, separate shower room with a toilet.
The third self-catering unit (House Cecile) comprises of the entire upstairs space which comprises of 3 bedrooms sleeping 2 persons each and the option of 2 more persons sleeping on the comfortable sleeper couch in the lounge. Sweeping views from 3 Balconies and an indoor Braai area.
Spectacular mountain and sea views, a hiking trail through Cape Fynbos (flora) at Harold Porter Botanical Garden (10km) and safe beaches all along the ocean's length.
Scenic drives, whale watching, the penguins, diving, abalone, crayfish, swimming, hiking, bird watching, tennis, bowls, a 9 hole golf course in Kleinmond and an 18 hole golf course at Arabella 10km.
The nearest swimming beach is within walking distance of the Villa.
