About Tierkloof Mountain Cottages
Situated on the slopes of the Swartruggens range and 195kms from Cape Town, our cottages boast truly magnificent panoramic views across the Ceres Karoo to the Roggeveld mountains. Our 1200 hectare farm is perfect for those looking for privacy and tranquillity. Each cottage has a unique feel, but all have style and comfort in common. All units have private swimming pools for summer cool-offs as well as closed fireplaces for the winter months. Dragon Rock has the added bonus of a wood-fires pool - perfect for star-gazing.
The cottages are all self-catering and offer well equipped kitchens with Smeg oven/stove and a solar-powered fridge/freezer (the Fort has a full-length fridge and a separate freezer). All units have free WIFI.
Perfect for hiking, mountain-biking, running, bird-watching, star-gazing or simply just stoep-sitting!
