About iBhubesi Private Game Lodge

iBhubesi Game Lodge is a family friendly self-catering or catered private lodge situated in the Malaria Free and well renowned Big5 Welgevonden Private Game reserve approximately 2/12 to 3 hours from Johannesburg.

The lodge is booked in its entirety (whole lodge) so you are guaranteed the privacy and exclusivity of the lodge for you and your guests during your stay with us. The lodge consists of a main lodge or living area which includes the lounge, dining area, kitchen and the swimming pool and viewing deck. The deck has spectacular views of the iBhubesi plains and from where you can enjoy afternoon sundowners and sightings of game roaming by.

Accommodation is in 5 separate en-suite chalets sleeping a maximum total of 10 people at a time. Smaller children can be accommodated in single beds within the double or twin chalets.

iBhubesi Game Lodge is self catering with a difference whereby guests are responsible for taking their food and beverages but all meals will be prepared by our resident chef.

Included in the rate is two Safari Game Drives on your private game vehicle with your personal and dedicated game ranger.
