About Valemount Country Lodge

Valemount nestles in the serene surroundings of Underberg, which overlooks the Umzimkhulu valley of the Southern Drakensberg, a world heritage site. The Lodge is two hours drive from Durban and six hours from Johannesburg, access directly form the R617 to Kokstad.
A small, hospitable team happily cater to the individual requirements of our discerning patrons. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities including fly fishing, birding, and walking. Mountain biking enthusiasts can enjoy a wide variety of cycling trails in the area. Golfers will enjoy a selection of three scenic golf courses nearby.
